Inspiration Pilates & Spa offers a comfortable relaxing atmosphere. To help us enhance this ambiance, we ask that you please respect the following:
• Turn cell phones off before entering the studio
• Leave shoes or boots in the entrance or in the changing-room; you may practice bare-foot or with socks
• Keep your voice down in order to respect a calm environment
• Restrain from wearing perfumes (allergies)
• Avoid chewing gum
• Wear comfortable clothing
So that we may better serve you, please make sure to have an appointment for any of our services
CHANGING-ROOMS
For your convenience, lockers, a shower, towels and a hair dryer are at your disposal.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
A 24-hour cancellation notification is required for all classes.
Group Class: Retakes are possible at any time within the 8-week session, upon reservation. It is your responsibility to reschedule and no transfers to a later session will be permitted.
Private and semi-private lessons (including introduction and initiation): A 24 hour cancellation is necessary for all private and semi-privates. If we are not advised of your absence, charges will apply. We remind you that you are responsible to confirm, and /or cancel with your chosen partner for all semi-private lessons.
